
Prices vary depending on the job, location and number of attempts. Additional fees apply for rush services, updated addresses, sitting fees, skip tracing services, additional attempts and filing fees.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via paypal invoicing. You do not have to have a paypal account to make a payment.
When is payment due?
Payment is due prior to accepting a job or assignment.
What is your policy on refunds?
We have a NO REFUND policy due to the type of services we offer.
Do you have a contract?
We offer contracts for some services and for other major process serving or private investigation companies.
The typical process for new or repeat clients are the same. Payment is due prior to services being provided. An invoice will be sent to the clients. All paperwork must be completed and faxed or emailed to our office. Once both paperwork and payment is received and cleared activity on your project will begin. If we have any questions or concerns we will follow up with a email.
Processor is certified to process in the State of Texas. Georgia do not require certification to serve subpoenas, garnishments or any cases that did not originate in the state of Georgia. However, to serve cases originated in Georgia, server must be appointed. You or your attorney can file the motion to have server appointed. Some of our Processors have Bachelor and Master degrees in Criminal Justice as well as local, state and federal clearances.

I am fond of all my projects. The average project usually takes about 3 to 10 days or less. A lot of variables are involved in the process of service so each job is different.
All processors must meet certain licensing criteria. Each processor have the same type of tools available and must follow the same laws in regards to the Service of Process. How each processor carries out the skill of process is different.
Customers who are not in the legal profession should understand that Processors can not break the law to complete their project. We will not do anything that will put our company or licenses in jeopardy.
