Service of Process to Incarcerated Populations

Swan Legal Services LLC provides process serving to individuals currently incarcerated in Federal and State Prisons, Jails, and Detention Centers across multiple counties in Texas.

We currently serve the following counties:
Harris, Madison, Walker, Madison, Houston, Polk, San Jacinto, Montgomery, Chambers, Liberty,
and others on a case-by-case basis.

Yes—individuals who are incarcerated can still be legally served. Each correctional facility has its own set of protocols and procedures that must be followed to ensure successful and lawful service. Our experienced Process Servers are well-versed in these procedures and work directly with each facility to complete service in compliance with their rules.
